French Tiropita
A Greek-inspired French twist on the classic tiropita, using a combination of French cheeses and Greek phyllo dough.
Ingredients
- ●1 package (24-30 sheets) Phyllo dough (Greek)Thaw according to package instructions
- ●1 cup shredded French cheese blend (Gruyère, Comté)
- ●1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese (exotic)
- ●1/4 cup chopped Fresh parsley
- ●1/4 teaspoon Salt
- ●1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
- ●1 large EggBeaten
- ●2 tablespoons Melted butterFor brushing phyllo dough
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Thaw phyllo dough according to package instructions.

In a bowl, mix together French cheese blend, feta cheese, parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Layer 4-5 sheets of phyllo dough in a baking dish, brushing with melted butter between each layer.

Spoon the cheese mixture onto the phyllo dough.

Repeat the layering process with the remaining phyllo dough and butter.

Brush the top layer of phyllo dough with melted butter.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the phyllo dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
