Yakitori-Style Pork Skewers
Inspired by the flavors of Japanese street food, these pork skewers are marinated in a sweet and savory sauce, then grilled to perfection. Perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, cut into 1-inch cubes Pork shoulder
- β1/4 cup Soy sauce
- β2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
- β2 tablespoons Ginger, grated
- β2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- β2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- β1/4 cup Green onions, chopped
- β2 tablespoons Toasted sesame seeds
