Korean-Style Spicy Noodle Stir Fry
A spicy and savory stir fry made with Korean noodles, myeongnan sauce, and a variety of exotic ingredients. This dish is perfect for those who enjoy a little heat in their meals.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Korean noodles
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oilfor stir-frying
- β2 tbsp GochujangKorean chili paste
- β1 tbsp Soy saucefor added depth of flavor
- β1 tsp Meyongnan saucefor a touch of sweetness
- β1/4 cup Roasted peanutsfor added crunch
- β1/4 cup Scallionschopped, for garnish
- β1/2 cup Sliced red onion

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the gochujang and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the soy sauce and stir-fry for another minute.
