Harees with Rose Petals and Pistachios
A traditional Middle Eastern dish made with wheat, harees, and exotic flavors.

- β1 cup haleem wheat
- β2 cups harees
- β1/4 cup rose petalsdried
- β1/2 cup pistachioschopped
- β2 tablespoons ghee
- β4 cups water
- βto taste salt

Instructions

Soak harees in water for at least 8 hours.

Rinse and drain the harees.

In a large pot, combine wheat and harees.

Add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.

Add dried rose petals and chopped pistachios.
