Dutch Casserole with Exotic Twist
A unique combination of exotic spices and dutch comfort food, featuring bryndza cheese.

Ingredients
- β250g Bryndza Cheese
- β1 large Casserolecrushed
- β2 tsp Exotic Spicescurry powder and cumin
- β150g Dutch Gouda Cheese
- β50g Butter
- β1 large Onionschopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 cups Tomatoescanned
- β150ml Milk

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180Β°C.

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add crushed casserole and cook for 2 minutes.

Add exotic spices and cook for 1 minute.

Add bryndza cheese and stir until melted.

Add gouda cheese and stir until melted.

Add tomatoes and milk. Stir well.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with more cheese.
