Japanese Oat Pudding
A Japanese-inspired oat pudding dessert with a unique twist.

Ingredients
- β1 cup rolled oatsold-fashioned oats
- β2 cups milkwhole milk or dairy alternative
- β1 tsp pandan extractoptional
- β2 tbsp honeyor to taste
- β1/4 cup energizing granolaadd crunch and flavor

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine oats, milk, and pandan extract (if using).

Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking occasionally.

Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, until oats have absorbed most of the liquid, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in honey until dissolved.
