Creamy Pasta Bake with Scamorza

Ingredients

- β8 oz Pasta (gluten-free)
- β1 cup, sliced Earthy mushrooms (such as cremini or shiitake)
- β1/2 cup Cream
- β2 tbsp Butter
- β1 clove, minced Garlic
- β Salt
- β Black pepper
