Scamorza Pasta Stir Fry
A quick and easy Chinese-inspired stir fry made with scamorza cheese and served with a side of pasta, blending earthy and creamy flavors.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Scamorza cheeseDiced
- β8 oz PastaCooked according to package directions
- β1 cup Earthly mushroomsSliced and sautΓ©ed
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oilFor stir frying
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add diced scamorza cheese and cook until it starts to melt and form a golden crust.

Add sliced mushrooms, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.

Add cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine with the mushroom and cheese mixture.

Season with a pinch of black pepper and serve hot.
