Cinnamon Beef Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry made with beef, earthy mushrooms, and warm cinnamon. Serve over rice or noodles for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Beef (sirloin or ribeye)Cut into thin strips
- β1 cup Earthy mushrooms (button or cremini)Sliced
- β1 teaspoon CinnamonGround
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the wok and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the wok and stir-fry the mushrooms until they release their liquid and start to brown.

Add the garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Return the beef to the wok and stir in the cinnamon.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
