Canadian Steak with Molten Cheese
A rich and savory dish featuring steak topped with a molten cheese sauce served with a side of grilled vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds Steak
- β Canadian Molten Cheese Sauce (1 cup shredded cheddar, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1 tsp paprika)
- β3 cloves Minced Garlic
- βto taste Grill Seasoning
- βchopped for garnish Fresh Parsley
- β1 cup Dense Vegetables (such as bell peppers, onion, mushrooms)

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season steak with grill seasoning and grill for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired level of doneness.

While steak is cooking, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.

Stir in Canadian molten cheese sauce and cook until melted and bubbly.
