Argentinian Empanadas
A traditional Argentinian dish, these empanadas are filled with garlicky potatoes and make a delicious snack or light meal.
Ingredients
- ●2 large Potatoes
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●1 tsp Argentinian seasoning
- ●1 tsp Salt
- ●1/4 cup Deliciously delicious oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and mash.

Mince the garlic and mix into the mashed potatoes.

Add the Argentinian seasoning and salt, and mix well.

Roll out the empanada dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch (6 mm).

Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of each dough circle.

Brush the edges with the deliciously delicious oil and fold the dough over the filling.

Press the edges together to seal the empanada.

Place the empanadas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
