Italian Empanada Pizza Fritters
A creative twist on traditional pizza, these Italian empanada pizza fritters are crispy on the outside and cheesy on the inside. Perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.

- β1 cup Garlicky Deliciously Argentinian Cheese BlendShredded
- β1 EggBeaten
- β1/4 cup MilkFor egg wash
- β1/4 cup Olive OilFor frying

1. Preheat a deep frying pan with 1/2 inch of olive oil to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the grated potato, egg, and milk. Mix well.

4. Fill each empanada dough with the potato-cheese mixture, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges.
