Croatian Pork Skillet
A hearty and flavorful Croatian-inspired pork dish made with crispy pork, crunchy vegetables, and a hint of spices.
Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds pork shoulderCut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 large onionThinly sliced

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the pork cubes and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.

Add the sliced onion and bell pepper and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
