Delicious Ethiopian Shrimp Dabo
A traditional Ethiopian dish with a twist of spicy shrimp and flaky dabo bread. This recipe combines the flavors of Africa with the freshness of the sea.
Ingredients

- β2 cups torn Dabo (Ethiopian Injera Bread)
- β2 tablespoons Delicious Spicy Red Pepper PasteHomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons Butter
- β1 medium diced Onion
- β2 cloves minced Garlic
- β1/4 cup chopped Cilantro
- β2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
