- β1 large onion Delicious
- β2 cloves Ethiopianminced garlic
- β1 teaspoon Ethiopianground cumin
- β1 teaspoon Ethiopianground coriander
- β1 can Deliciousdiced tomatoes
- β2 cups Deliciouswater
- β1 tablespoon Deliciousolive oil

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
