Pan-Fried Bao with Yuzu Dipping Sauce
A simple Japanese-inspired dish featuring pan-fried bao and a tangy yuzu dipping sauce. This recipe is perfect for a quick snack or light meal.
Ingredients
- β4 pieces delicate bao
- β2 tablespoons yuzu juice
- β1 tablespoon soy sauce
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped
- β1 teaspoon sesame oil
- β1 tablespoon water

1. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

2. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the skillet and swirl to coat.

3. Place the bao in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

4. While the bao is cooking, mix together the yuzu juice, soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of water in a small bowl.
