Delicate Turkish-Style Papillote Baked Turkey
A moist and flavorful dish, inspired by Turkish cuisine, where tender turkey is wrapped in delicate pastry and baked to perfection.

- ●1 sheet Delicate puff pastrythawed
- ●1 cup Papillotechopped
- ●2 tbsp Olive oil
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Black pepper
- ●1 tsp Garlic powder
- ●1 tsp Paprika
- ●1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the turkey breast with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Roll out the puff pastry to a large sheet.

Place the turkey breast in the center of the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around it.

Sprinkle chopped parsley and papillote around the turkey breast.

Brush the edges of the pastry with olive oil.

Fold the pastry over the turkey, pressing the edges to seal.

Place the papillote turkey on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F (180°C) and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
