New Potato and Hash Brown Delight

- β1 cup Hash Brownstore-bought or homemade
- β4-5 Baby Potatoesfor garnish
- β1 tablespoon Canola Oil
- βto taste Salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Peel and chop the new potatoes into 1-inch cubes.

Place the potato cubes in a bowl and drizzle with canola oil.

Season with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat.
