Ethiopian Pappardelle Pasta
A twist on traditional pasta with an ethiopian-inspired flavor profile. This dish combines delicate pappardelle pasta with spicy and tangy flavors.
Ingredients

- β2 tsp ethiopian berbere spice mix
- β1 tbsp mustard oil
- β1 tsp mustard seeds
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 tsp ginger
- β1 medium onion
- β1 medium red bell pepper

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook the pappardelle pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, heat the mustard oil over medium-high heat.

Add the mustard seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

Add the garlic, ginger, onion, and red bell pepper to the skillet.
