Wild German Pasta
A simple and flavorful pasta dish featuring wild garlic and a hint of German spices.
Ingredients
- β8 oz (225g) pasta
- β2 cloves wild garlicchopped
- β1 tsp german seasoning
- β2 tbsp delicate olive oil
- β1/4 cup grassy parmesanshaved
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.

In a small pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped wild garlic.

Cook the garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then add the german seasoning and stir to combine.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the garlic and seasoning.

Toss the pasta in the pan to coat it evenly with the garlic and seasoning mixture.

Transfer the pasta to a serving dish and top it with shaved parmesan cheese.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately.
