Grilled Minari Skewers with Garlic Marinade
A delicious and easy-to-make Korean-inspired dish featuring minari, marinated in a garlicky mixture and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients

Cut the minari into 2-inch pieces and place in a bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and olive oil.
