Gazpacho Oat Bites with Indian Flair
A Spanish-inspired dessert with an Indian twist, these oat bites are perfect for a sweet treat. The gazpacho adds a tangy flavor to the oats, creating a unique and delicious experience.
Ingredients

- ●1/2 cup gazpachochilled gazpacho for best results
- ●1/2 cup brown sugaradjust to taste
- ●1/4 cup desiccated coconutoptional
- ●1 tsp ghee or oilfor greasing the pan

In a large bowl, mix together oats, brown sugar, and desiccated coconut (if using).
