Dutch Apple Tart
A classic dessert consisting of a buttery tart crust topped with a delicious mixture of apples and stroop. Perfect for any occasion.

- β1 cup Cold unsalted butter
- β1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- β2 large Eggs
- β6-8 Tart apples, peeled and sliced
- β1/2 cup Stroop

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Make the pastry dough by combining flour, butter, and sugar in a bowl. Gradually add eggs until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough and transfer it to a tart pan. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Arrange the apple slices on top of the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Drizzle stroop over the apples, spreading it evenly.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the apples are tender.
