Jamaican Pan-Seared Squid
A quick and flavorful seafood dish featuring pan-seared squid served with a tangy Caribbean-inspired sauce.
Ingredients
- β4-6 Squid tubesFresh or thawed, cut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tablespoons Dark rumFor the sauce
- β2 tablespoons Gooey apricot jamFor the sauce
- β1 teaspoon Jamaican jerk seasoningFor the squid
- β SkilletFor pan-searing
- β1/4 cup Olive oilFor pan-searing
- β4 Lime wedgesFor serving
- β2 tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantroFor garnish

Rinse the squid pieces and pat dry with paper towels.

Season the squid with Jamaican jerk seasoning.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
