Tunisian Grilled Chicken Flatbreads

- β4 slices white breadcut into 1-inch pieces
- β4 pieces flatbreadpreferably Tunisian flatbread
- β1 cup crispycrispy bread crumbs
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor brushing flatbreads
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β2 tbsp lemon juicefor serving
