Mexican Ravioli Fiesta
A twist on traditional pasta, these Mexican ravioli are filled with spicy beef and served in a rich tomato sauce.

Ingredients
- β12 oz Italian ravioli
- β1 lb Teque (or beef) fillingground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder
- β1 cup Os crispy tortilla stripsoptional
- β1/4 cup Shattering fresh cilantrooptional
- β2 cups Tomato sauce
- β1/2 cup Crispy (or chopped) onion
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
- β1 tsp Ground cumin
- β1 tsp Paprika

Instructions

Cook the ravioli according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, cook the Teque filling over medium-high heat, breaking up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the filling and stir to combine.

Add the tomato sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.

Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
