Crispy Sweet Potato Hash
A Chinese-inspired side dish made with crispy sweet potato and hash browns.
Ingredients
- β2 large sweet potatoes
- β1 cup hash browns
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- β1 tsp soy sauce
- β1 tsp sesame oil
- β1 tsp sugar
- β1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the sweet potato cubes and cook for 5 minutes, or until they start to brown.

Add the hash browns and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic powder.

Pour the mixture over the sweet potatoes and hash browns, and stir to combine.
