Indian-Style Chicken Skewers with Crispy Japanese Seasoning

- β2 tablespoons Crunchy Japanese tempura bits
- β2 tablespoons Indian curry powder
- β1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β1-inch piece, grated Ginger
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, curry powder, lime juice, ginger, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

2. Add the chicken to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
