Crispy Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

- β1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- β1/4 cup cornstarch
- β1/2 cup crispy rice
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon brown sugar
- β1 teaspoon garlic powder
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 cup peanut oil
- β10-12 bamboo skewers
