Blanc and Boudin Japanese Wrap

- β1/2 cup blancJapanese-style rice
- β1 large wrapCrispy Japanese-inspired wrap
- β2 tbsp midnightDark soy sauce
- β2 tbsp cravingSesame oil
- β1 tsp funkyGrated ginger
- β1/4 cup crispyCrispy tempura bits

Cook the boudin in a pan over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

In a separate pan, heat the midnight and craving over low heat.

Add the blanc to the pan and stir-fry until it's lightly toasted.
