Crispy Mexican Dumplings with Fermented Slaw

- β1 cup Mashed Beans
- β1 cup Fermented Slaw
- β1/4 cup Crumble Cheese
- β1/4 cup Olive Oil
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1 tsp Chili Powder

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C)

In a large bowl, mix together mashed beans, crumble cheese, cumin, and chili powder

Place a dumpling wrapper on a flat surface and spoon a small amount of the bean mixture onto the center of the wrapper

Fold the wrapper over the filling to form a triangle and press the edges together to seal the dumpling

Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling

Brush the tops of the dumplings with olive oil and sprinkle with additional crumble cheese
