French Fermented Dumplings with Crispy Crumble
A twist on traditional French cuisine, these fermented dumplings are topped with a crispy crumble and served with a side of tangy sauce.
Ingredients
- ●12 pieces Fermented Dumpling Wrappers
- ●1 cup Fermented Filling (Mushroom and Leek)
- ●1 cup Crunchy Crumble (Oat and Sesame)
- ●2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- ●1/4 teaspoon Salt

Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 375°F (190°C).

Wrap each dumpling with a dumpling wrapper and press the edges together to seal.

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the dumplings and cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 3-4 minutes.

Flip the dumplings and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until golden brown on the other side.

In a separate pan, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the crunchy crumble and cook until golden brown, stirring frequently.
