Croatian Keto Hash
A keto-friendly twist on the classic hash dish, featuring crispy croatian and hash browns. Perfect for a low-carb breakfast or snack.
Ingredients

- β2 large Hash Brownsmake sure they are low-carb and unsweetened
- β6 slices Crispy Baconlook for a sugar-free and low-carb option
- β1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheesemake sure it's a low-carb option
- β1/4 cup chopped Scallionsoptional
- βto taste Salt and Pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Cut the Croatian sausage into 1-inch pieces.

4. Place the sausage pieces on the prepared baking sheet.

5. Bake the sausage in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy.

6. While the sausage is baking, dice the hash browns into 1-inch pieces.

7. In a large skillet, cook the diced hash browns over medium heat until they're golden brown.
