Crisp Rasam Soup

- ●2 cups fraissuch as cherry tomatoes or cucumber
- ●2 cups rasamstore-bought or homemade rasam paste
- ●1 cup fromageshredded or crumbled cheese
- ●2 tbsp olive oilfor sautéing

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the crisp and sauté until crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the frais and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the rasam paste and stir well to combine.

Pour in 4 cups of water and bring the mixture to a boil.
