Indian Crisp Rasam
A keto twist on the classic Indian soup, made with crisp vegetables and a tangy rasam paste.

Ingredients
- β1 cup Crunchy Vegetables (cucumber, carrot, bell pepper)thinly sliced
- β2 tbsp Rasam Pastestore-bought or homemade
- β1/2 cup Fromage (cottage cheese)crumbled
- β1/4 cup Frais (fresh cilantro)chopped
- β2 tbsp Ghee or Coconut Oilfor frying

Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of ghee or coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the sliced vegetables and fry until they are crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
