Crisp Fish Bowl
A fresh and healthy bowl filled with crispy fish and topped with fresh herbs. Perfect for a quick and easy lunch.
Ingredients
- β4 fillets Fish (Syrian Bass)Fresh and sustainable
- β1 head Crisp LettuceFresh from the garden
- β1 Fresh CucumberSliced and ready to go
- β1 bunch Fresh ParsleyChopped and sprinkled on top
- β1 BowlLarge and sturdy
- β2 tbsp Olive OilFor frying the fish
- β2 tbsp Lemon JuiceFor dressing the bowl

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the fish with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the fish to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer the fish to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.

While the fish is cooking, prepare the bowl by adding the crisp lettuce, sliced cucumber, and chopped parsley.

Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the oven and place it on top of the bowl.
