Skillet Chicken Schnitzel
A German-inspired dish featuring crispy chicken schnitzel made with a creamy Thai-inspired sauce. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

- β2 eggs
- β1 cup skillet panko breadcrumbs
- β1/2 cup creamy Thai sauce
- β1/4 cup chicken broth
- β2 tbsp unsalted butter
