Creamy Norwegian Chwinamul Casserole
A hearty casserole recipe that combines the flavors of Norway with the unique taste of chwinamul. This creamy dish is perfect for a cold winter evening.
Ingredients

- β1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- β4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- β2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- β1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- β1 cup norwegian crema crackers

Cook the chwinamul according to package instructions and set aside.
