Spanish Chicken and Vegetables
A flavorful and quick chicken dish with a mix of Spanish spices, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β4 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 large Bell pepper
- β1 medium Zucchini
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 teaspoon Spanish seasoning
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes per side.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the bell pepper and zucchini to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
