Irish Cream Frittata with Indian Spices
A twist on a classic frittata, with the addition of creamy irish spices. A delicious breakfast dish for any occasion.
Ingredients
- β2 large Irish potatoespeeled and diced
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 cup Frittatacrushed
- β1/2 cup Heavy creamchilled
- β1/2 cup Cottage cheesecrumbled
- β1/4 cup Chopped cilantrofor garnish
- β1 tsp Garam masalato taste
- βto taste Saltto taste

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.

Stir in the garam masala and cook for 1 minute.

In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, cottage cheese, and crushed frittata.

Add the diced potatoes to the bowl and stir until coated.

Pour the potato mixture into the skillet with the onion mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the frittata is set.

Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
