Seafood Fritters with German Aioli
A seafood twist on traditional fritters, served with a side of creamy German aioli.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Cod FilletsFresh and sustainable cod
- β1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- β1 small OnionChopped finely
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 Egg
- β1/2 cup German Aioli
- β1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

In a large bowl, combine cod, panko breadcrumbs, onion, and garlic.

In a separate bowl, whisk together egg and German aioli.

Add the egg mixture to the cod mixture and mix until just combined.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat about 1 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop the mixture into the oil.

Fry the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Drain the fritters on paper towels and serve with additional German aioli for dipping.
