- β250g German-Style SauerkrautGluten-free, drained
- β2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- β2 tbsp Gluten-Free Soy Sauce
- β1 OnionThinly sliced
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 bunch Fresh ParsleyChopped

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
