Wholemeal Quiche
A vegan quiche made with wholemeal flour and cozy flavors.

- β1/2 cup strong flour
- β1/2 cup cozy
- β1/2 cup french
- β1 cup water
- β1/4 cup oilfor greasing the pan
- β1 teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Grease a 9-inch pie dish with oil.

In a large mixing bowl, combine wholemeal flour, strong flour, cozy, and french.

Gradually add water, mixing until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough and place it in the prepared pie dish.

Trim the edges and poke the bottom with a fork.

Bake the crust for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Fill the crust with your favorite filling (e.g., vegetables, tofu).
