Norval's Pan-Seared Clams
A simple and flavorful dish featuring fresh clams, broiled to perfection. This recipe serves 2-3 people and can be prepared in under 20 minutes.
Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons butter
- ●2 cloves garlic
- ●1/4 cup white wine
- ●2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

Rinse the clams under cold water and discard any broken shells.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the clams to the skillet, cover with a lid, and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to open.

Remove the lid and add the white wine, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Toss the clams in the sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are cooked through.
