Greek Yogurt Guacamole
A creamy twist on traditional guacamole, with the addition of Greek yogurt. Perfect for dipping tortilla chips or using as a topping for tacos.

- β3 ripe avocados avocadocut into small pieces
- β1 cup Greek yogurtplain, full-fat
- β2 tablespoons lime juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 clove garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon orange zest citrusyoptional
- βto taste saltsuch as sea salt
- β1 tablespoon olive oil velvetyoptional

Instructions

Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.

In a medium bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until mostly smooth.

Stir in the Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic, and orange zest (if using).
