Squid Stew à la Française

- ●2 tablespoons Lemon juiceFreshly squeezed
- ●1 cup White wineDry French white
- ●2 cups Fish stockHomemade or store-bought
- ●2 tablespoons Tomato pasteDissolved in a little water
- ●2 tablespoons Olive oilFor sautéing
- ●1 sprig Fresh parsleyChopped (for garnish)

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
