Thai Gooey Stir Fry
A sweet and sour Thai stir fry with gooey sauce served with crispy frys.

Ingredients
- β2 cups Fryspreferably plantain
- β2 tablespoons Citrusyfreshly squeezed lime juice
- β1/2 cup Gooeystore-bought or homemade
- β1/4 cup Fromagecrumbly, grated coconut or parmesan
- β2 tablespoons Stircoconut oil or vegetable oil
- β1 small onion Frythinly sliced

Heat the stir in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the fry and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
