Mexican Fromage Fry Quesadilla
A twist on traditional quesadilla, filled with gooey fromage and crispy frys, wrapped in a delicious tortilla.
Ingredients
- β2 cups shredded Gooey Fromage
- β1 cup Crispy Frys
- β1 cup Citrusy Salsa
- β4-6 Tortilla
- β1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add cumin and chili powder and stir for 1 minute.

Add crispy frys and cook until golden brown.

In a separate pan, melt gooey fromage over low heat.

Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with melted fromage.

Add crispy frys on half of the tortilla and fold in half.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy and the fromage is melted.

Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
