Japanese Citrusy Goat Cheese Tart

- β2 tbsp lemon zest
- β1/4 cup orange marmalade
- β2 cups all-purpose flour
- β1 cup confectioners' sugar
- β1/2 cup unsalted butter
- β2 eggs
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
