Shrimp and Citrus Salad
A refreshing French-inspired salad featuring succulent shrimp, tangy citrus, and a hint of Thai spice.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup citrusy dressing
- β1 chewy baguettecut into 1-inch pieces
- β4 cups mixed greens
- β2 tablespoons thai chili paste
- β1/2 cup red onionthinly sliced
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantrochopped

In a medium bowl, whisk together citrusy dressing, Thai chili paste, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat with the dressing.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
